You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To initiate the ‘return process’ you will need to contact Purple Heels by email at email@example.com to receive confirmation of the return as well as further instructions. Your email will receive a guaranteed response within 24 hours of being sent.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Please ensure that the return is send by a tracked or signed for service with a tracking reference and please provide the tracking reference by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted.
Items Not Eligible For Return
- Swimwear/Bodysuits or Bedding (for obvious hygiene reasons).
- Irregular Choice Character Heels – Purple Heels does not accept returns as the heels are so delicate that they cannot survive multiple shipments; please contact Melissa at email@example.com for confirmation of size and fit before purchase if you are unsure.
- For clearance items – no returns.
- Items at sale prices – normal returns.
